Andrew and I wanted to send you a personal note to say thank you for all that you did for Rona & Matt to make their wedding day such a memorable celebration.

A big thank you also to all the staff who were involved. They were all wonderful and did a great job. The food was amazing and the dessert table was beyond anything we could have imagined! I was so glad that we were there when the pastry chefs were setting up the cake so we could thank them. Oh my goodness, it was perfect! Absolutely perfect!

When everything looks so effortless and easy, it is always an indication of how skilled people are at their jobs. We were all so lucky to enjoy such a lovely venue for the wedding and experience the services provided by a team of such amazing people. Thank you all.

Sorry this took so long – it took me a couple of days to get my head out of the clouds and back to reality!

I sincerely thank you so much for all of your help in creating the wedding of our dreams! Every last detail was perfect. Our guest raved about the food and the service. Every person on your staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we wanted.

Corporate Holiday Party

Hello,

This is late in coming, but I still wanted to send it to you…

We had a last minute Corporate Holiday Party crisis back in December and we were left without a venue 1 week before our event!

Since I love Big Rock, I called Katie on a Friday afternoon and we had a wonderful Holiday Dinner 8 days later at The Reserve for 80 people.  Katie was patient and kind in working with me in my frenzy to pull off a lovely party for our employees, spouses and guests. I wanted to send compliments and thanks for such a wonderful employee that you have on staff.

While I am at it, I wish I had names, but the black-haired woman doing our coat check was also fabulous, as well as the woman coordinating and directing the delivery of the food dishes when it was time.

Aww heck, who am I kidding—please just recognize your entire staff that worked that night (Dec 15th), from the valet, to coat check, to wait staff and especially the entire kitchen for producing meals and providing service that my employees still talk about.  This is why we have already booked our party on a Saturday night for this December.  So many employees couldn’t make it because of our venue/date change—they will be sure to make it this year after hearing about how perfect everything was.

Thank you from our entire JPRA family for providing us a memorable experience in 2013. We look forward to an even better time in 2014!

“I just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed everything last night. The food was excellent, everybody was just amazed how perfectly the filet’s were cooked. We are from Nebraska, steak country, and rarely do you go out of town and have a steak cooked correctly. Please tell your chef how much we enjoyed everything, just perfect.

The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. I really appreciate how you had enough people in there to take care of things as well as 2 bar staffers. We had no issue at all of people having to wait for a drink.
